Accessibility

Accessibility to our website is very important to us here at People's Choice. We are committed to making our internet documents accessible to all and it is our aim to create a professional site that can be enjoyed and utilised by everyone. We are working hard to ensure we meet the widest audience as possible and are making changes to our website and its content to achieve this.

What is accessibility?

Accessibility means we provide flexible options to accommodate each individual user's needs and preferences. We do our best to ensure sure the computer technology we use for web pages, applications and software are as flexible and useful as we can make them.

To ensure that we meet or exceed the requirements of the United Kingdom's Equality Act 2010, and subsequently the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), we continually review our site and modify pages to remove any problems for people with disabilities.

All pages on our website are accessible to people who use screen reading software and to those with other vision or mobility impairments. We use Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create pages and documents that are accessible to our customers. In creating XHTML documents, we follow WAI standards; for example, we include alternate text to describe graphics; and provide access keys on our key hyperlinks.
